Boiler Control

Boiler Control

Boiler Room Monitoring & Control
The Florite 900 Series performs a fluid rate alarm measurement causing the fluid flow to stop when it is detected that the rate exceeds a precision programmed high level threshold. This control function provides protection from facility water damage that may occur when fluid lines have become defective. The M920 provides separate low and high rate alarm thresholds, independently programmable from 0.01 to +/- 9,999,999.99 of quantity per selectable time base in units of seconds, minutes or hours.

Storage Tank Monitoring

The Florite Model 990 is often used to proportionally control the level of fluid in a storage tank. Its standard PID control function is selected to provide closed loop control to achieve a programmed level by measuring the level and controlling the fluid inlet valve accordingly. The Model 990 communicates liquid level information to remote and local computers connected to both a wide area network (WAN) and to a local area network (LAN), and provides alarm information when detecting the outgoing fluid line is delivering fluid faster than a pre-programmed limit. The versatile Model 990 Intelligent Integrated System features built-in control functions readily available to support up to three independently operating input-output port combinations by simply selecting Monitor, Manual, Batch, Dose and PID from the front panel keypad, or provided by serial command from a local or remote computing system.
